Para qué sirve la Apostilla de la Haya? ¿Dónde debo dirigirme para obtenerla?
Argentina, por medio de la Ley 23458, ha aprobado la Convención adoptada en la Ciudad de La Haya el 5 de octubre de 1961, por la Conferencia de Derecho Internacional Privado. Dicha Convención se aplicará a los documentos públicos que hayan sido extendidos en el territorio de un Estado contratante y que deben ser presentados en el territorio de otro Estado contratante. Todo certificado que tenga la Apostilla de su país de origen suprime la exigencia de legalización de los apartados relativos a la Cancillería de nuestro país. Para obtener la Apostilla de La Haya deberá dirigirse a la sede de Cancillería, Arenales 819, Ciudad de Bs. As., de lunes a viernes, de 9.30 a 13.30 hs.

VISA DE ESTUDIANTE
Visa de estudiante:
hay que pedir una visa tipo Schengen. Esta visa sirve para estudiantes que se quedan más de 90 días.
Este es el listado de requisitos para la visa:
a- Formulario que se baja de internet
b- Foto 4x4 frente
c- Pasaporte con 15 meses de validez contando a partir de la fecha supuesta de entrada a Italia
d- Cédula NO vencida o DNI con menos de 10 años de antiguedad
e- Reserva aérea
f- Si es becado la POLI debe mandar una nota ( ) con las condiciones de la beca, enumerando el monto de la beca, si se tiene alojamiento pago y si se tiene seguro médico.
g- Si la beca no incluye seguro médico, hay que sacarse uno por 365 a partir del día de entrada a Italia. El seguro tiene que ser de 30.000 €. Le recomendó el de una empresa que se llama ISIS (o algo así).
h- Según lo concideren necesario, si la beca no es suficiente para lo que ellos creen que necesitás para vivir allá, piden cuentas bancarias, valores, tarjetas de crédito o cualquier otro medio de demostrar que podés subsistir.
*Si es SIN beca la cosa cambia, piden si o sí que demuestres que tenés valores para subsistir, pero no aclará cuánto.
Otra cosa, la visa se puede empezar a tramitar COMO MUY TEMPRANO 30 días antes del viaje.
- Recuerden que la solicitud de la visa es un paso fundamental para que me den de alta en la POLI
- Recuerden ADEMAS la visa de estudiante permite trabajar hasta 30 horas semanales y hay dos departamentos del polimi que ayudan a buscar empleo a los estudiantes uno es Polistage: pasantias y el otro Poplacement

ETAPA CONSULAR con doppia citadinanza
Necessary documents (for Eu citiziens):
1. A diploma (equivalent to a Bachelor degree) in original or a certified copy, translated into Italian and legalized by the Italian Diplomatic Representation (Generally an Embassy or Consulate), which will be returned to the applicant, or a post-secondary qualification awarded by a Higher Institute (that is not a University) that allows the student to undertake university studies at the successive level. This alternative is valid only in cases where the secondary school qualification has been obtained following a period of at least 12 years of education. Students that are currently enrolled in 5-year degree programmes following a period of at least 12 years of education and have obtained the equivalent of 180 ECTS credits may be considered for admission to Master of Science programmes at the discretion of the University.
2. A certified academic transcript issued directly by the university, translated into Italian and legalized by the Italian Diplomatic Representation and confirming the examinations passed.
3. The detailed study programmes and the number of hours for each course/training activity in the academic curriculum. For the Politecnico di Milano University, it is sufficient to have this document in the form described in the 1st stage above.
4. The "Declaration of value" (Dichiarazione di valore) related to the Bachelor Degree or equivalent, issued by the Italian Embassy or Consulate
5. Any certificate attesting to the Italian language proficiency (this document is not needed if students are applying for programmes entirely taught in English)
6. Two passport size photographs
7. Photocopy of ID card or passport and, only for Non-Eu citizens residing in Italy, copy of residence permit or residence card.

I have sent you the dossier via DHL (tracking number colocar el nº q les otorga DHL). .
Considering the advice you have sent to the applicants about completing the process at the Italian Consulate, I would like to know if the documents are correct and complete to accomplish the enrollment to the Politecnico and if these are the necessary documents to continue the process for the scholarship I have applied to.
